1. For Information and Support Only
All content on this website, including articles, artworks, books, mood trackers, journaling prompts, breathing exercises, meditations and other tools is for general information, educational and self-help purposes only.

2. Not Medical Advice
Our Services are not medical devices, are not for medical use, and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or therapy. We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Tools like mood trackers and self-assessments are for self-reflection only and are not clinical measures.

Use of our Services does not create a doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship.

Wellbeing research evolves and much of our content is based on lived experience. We make no warranty that our resources are accurate, complete or suitable for you. You are responsible for your own health decisions and use our Services at your own risk. Glacé is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on our content.

Our site may contain links to third-party sites by our creators. We are not responsible for their content.

PART B: PRIVACY POLICY

5. What Data We Collect

a) You give us directly: When you email us, apply to be a creator, or buy something, we collect your name, email, message/portfolio, order details and billing/shipping address. Payments are processed securely by Wix Payments / PayPal / Stripe - we never see your full card number.

b) Creators: We only publish what you have given us explicit permission to share. You can ask to be removed at any time.

c) Wellbeing Tools: Entries you make in our apps/tools are private to you and stored locally or in your private account unless you choose to share them. We do not use them for medical purposes.

d) Automatically: Via Wix and cookies - your IP address, browser type, device, and how you use our site.

6. How We Use Your Data (Legal Basis)

  • To respond to enquiries and creator applications - Legitimate Interest

  • To process and fulfil orders - Contract

  • To improve our site and tools - Legitimate Interest

  • To comply with the law - Legal Obligation

  • To send newsletters - Only with your Consent (you can unsubscribe anytime)

We do not sell your personal data.

7. Who We Share It With
Only trusted services needed to run Glacé: Wix.com (our website host), payment providers, Gmail/Google to manage emails, and Wix Analytics / Google Analytics to understand site use.

Wix stores data in the US, Israel and other countries with safeguards like Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. How Long We Keep It
Enquiries: 12 months. Orders: 6 years for tax reasons. Creator profiles: until you ask us to delete. Analytics: up to 26 months.
